Mark Haggerty Economic and Fiscal Analyst
Mark specializes in economic and fiscal analysis of natural resource development, public lands, and rural economies. Mark has extensive real-world practice gained through service on local planning boards, problem solving with county commissioners, collaborative groups, and legislators, and research in academic and policy arenas. A frequent public speaker experienced in diverse audiences and settings. Mark has also provided expert testimony to local governments, state legislatures and the U.S. Senate. Mark received degrees from the University of Colorado in Economics and Environmental Studies in 1993 and an M.A. in Geography in 1999. He lives in downtown Bozeman, MT with his wife and two young daughters.
